Refund & Returns Policy

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, the protective liner on intimate garments must remain in place.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to return

1. Email ukvelora@hotmail.com with your order number to request a return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order is returned or the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement.
