Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next business day.

United Kingdom delivery

• Standard tracked delivery: 3–5 business days — £3.99 (free over £50).
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days — £6.99.

International delivery

• Europe: 7–10 business days — from £9.99.
• Rest of world: 10–15 business days — from £14.99.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ukvelora@hotmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.
